Adam Milstein was born in 1952 in Haifa, Israel, to Eva and Hillel Milstein. Both his mother and father immigrated to Israel after 1948 when Israel was established as a state. Hillel Milstein took part in Israel’s independence war as a combat sailor. His parents married in 1950, and Adam was born 2 years later. His father worked in real estate and his mother was a homemaker. The family moved to Kiryat Motzkin, where Adam spent his younger years.
Adam Milstein served in the Israel Defense Forces in 1971 as part of his mandatory service. He was still serving during 1973 in the Yom Kippur War. Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business and economics from Technion in 1978. During his school years, he helped his father to grow their real estate, construction, and development business.
Adam married his wife Gila Elgrably in 1974. He and his wife moved from Haifa to the United States in 1981. Adam Milstein received his Masters of Business Administration Degree 2 years later from the USC. After receiving his MBA from USC, he got a job as a sales agent in commercial real estate.
Adam Milstein is an investor in real estate, a leader in the community, and a philanthropist. He is the President of the Adam and Gila Milstein Family Foundation. Adam’s work is focused on the Jewish People and strengthening the State of Israel. He is a deciding partner of a real estate investment business called Hager Pacific Properties. The company owns and handles large pieces of land for industrial and residential properties all over the United States.
Milstein co-founded the Israeli-American Council and holds a seat on the board of a number of organizations. Among those organizations are StandWithUs, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, the JFN, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles. Today, Adam and Gila currently reside at their home in Encino, California. Their family also includes three children along with three grandkids.
